Orders and availability
- Orders are processed quickly after payment confirmation.
- Goods are normally always available and ready for shipment.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances or temporary unavailability, the customer will be promptly informed.
Shipments
- Shipments are tracked and entrusted to a courier.
- The service is set up for fast deliveries throughout the area covered by the courier.
- Shipping costs are calculated in the cart based on the order.
- The cost can range from 5.99 EUR up to a maximum of 12.00 EUR.
- In some cases, shipping may be free upon reaching certain thresholds.
Returns and refunds
Returns are possible. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Once the product is received, an evaluation of the item's condition will be carried out, including packaging integrity and resaleability.
If the product is eligible for return, we will proceed with the refund according to the technical timings of the payment method used.
Note: to speed up the return process, we recommend keeping the original packaging and accessories.
